#401 Architecture and Construction book - Cool book, has an overlay of acetate film, fold outs, and one fold up that is twice as tall as the cover. Great pix, glossy pages. Wonderful illustrations for altering or using in your projects. Would make an awesome altered book. Also has a pocket in the back with some "vintage look" ephemera. Book is 9x8 inches. #408 Beautiful Ecru Lace, apparently seconds; has some excess on parts of the curved edge, as if the cutting machine at the factory didn't cut completely, and an occasional flower that has no open center. Value $4.00 per yard if perfect. Now .50 yard; 64 yards available, but there are seams at about 15.5 yards, 18 yards, and 58 yards. I am not counting the few extra inches; just started fresh at each seam. This lace can be tinted or dyed, looks great on vintage cards with photo images (stamp the image and layer it on top of the lace), coll clothes, altered items, etc.
I thought it would be fun to alter these nesting dolls, but it isn't going to happen for me...

#423 Hair clips work great on cards, collage, and other art; compliment a dragonfly or butterfly image with a 3-D clip. $3.00 for all. 18 dragon fly clips and 6 butterfly clips.
#426 This book would be fun to alter. Inside are sturdy plastic pocket pages. There are 20 pages, with a pocket on one side and not on the other side. Testing materials went in the pockets, but our school never used this folder. $2.50
#429 December 1947 National Geographic. Cover is off, spine is worn, etc. Great ads, and articles on Louisiana, the middle east, London, San Antonio. No map includes. Many black and white photos and illustrations, but also has 48 color pages. $5.00; I have more old National Geographic magazines to be posted.
